Job Description Job Description Where you'll be working: Location(s): Allen, TX Setting: Clinic-based Population Served: Children 2 - 18 What You’ll Actually Be Doing (aka no surprises later): Oversee implementation and maintenance of clinical operations in assigned center Promotes management and oversight to clinical staff, serving as a resource and guide for clinical and professional skills. Advise clinicians on their professional development. Assist with difficult cases. Provide ongoing feedback and support to the clinical team to ensure quality services. Lead by example with integrity and humility. Seek to serve our children and families. Onboard and manage clinical staff. Terminate clinical staff when necessary. Ensure a robust training program for staff and families. Develop creative learning and collaboration opportunities as appropriate. Enforce and encourage clinical quality and outcomes with ownership of related KPIs Stay current with best practices and research in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and autism treatment and incorporate this knowledge into services provided. Work with company leadership to achieve and maintain BHCOE accreditation for assigned center, along with other reputable accrediting organizations Work with the VP of Clinical Operations/CCO to ensure cohesive and streamlined overall operations Caseload & Support Transparency (because details matter): No caseload Compensation & Perks (real ones): Base salary: $95-110K Bonus structure: Quarterly PTO: 25 days (including 10 paid holidays) Health, dental, and vision insurance Company 401(k) CEU support Personalized direct clinical and administrative support Monthly trainings If it’s listed here, it’s real. ?
