Job Description:

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the
patient’s physician Monitor patient health and document nursing
care in patient records Educate patients and their families on
treatment plans and ongoing care Collaborate with a
multidisciplinary team to facilitate integrated patient care Ensure
a safe and clean environment for all patients to prevent infections
Manage emergency situations when they arise Provide empathetic
support to patients and their families Strong interpersonal and
communication skills Proficient in maintaining accurate patient
records Ability to work independently Critical thinking and
problem-solving skills Comprehensive knowledge of nursing
procedures and best practices Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance Current Licensed Vocational Nurse
(LVN) license in the state of practice CPR certification Valid
driver’s license and reliable transportation
