Job Description:
At AccentCare, we are dedicated to providing exceptional,
personalized home health care. As a Licensed Physical Therapy
Assistant (PTA) in our Home Health division, you will play a vital
role in enhancing the physical health and overall quality of life
for our patients. This position requires a compassionate
professional who can effectively administer physical therapy
services under the direction of a licensed physical therapist. With
your expertise, you will help implement customized care plans,
track progress, and assist patients in achieving their therapy
goals, all within their own homes. Provide physical therapy
services and treatments as prescribed by a licensed physical
therapist. Assist in the evaluation of patients' progress and adapt
treatments accordingly. Educate patients and families on
treatments, therapy exercises, and prevention techniques. Document
patient care and progress in compliance with state and federal
guidelines. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to
ensure the best care plan and outcomes for patients. Strong
knowledge of physical therapy principles and practices. Ability to
operate and navigate standard physical therapy equipment and tools.
Excellent interpersonal skills for working with patients and their
families. Detail-oriented with strong documentation and
report-writing skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance 401k Valid Physical Therapist Assistant state license.
CPR certification.
