Job Description:
HCA Healthcare seeks a dedicated Home Health RN Clinical Manager
to lead our skilled nursing team within our vast network. As a
vital component of HCA, the incumbent will ensure adherence to the
highest standards of health service delivery. This leadership role
involves overseeing patient care management, optimizing policies,
and upholding HCA's mission. By managing a team of skilled nurses,
the Clinical Manager ensures efficient, empathetic, and timely
healthcare services to our patients. Oversee daily operations of
home health services Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and
local regulations Manage, train, and evaluate nursing staff Develop
and implement strategies to improve quality of care Coordinate with
other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Monitor patient care for quality assurance Handle patient and
family communications and resolve any issues Strong leadership and
management skills Expertise in clinical nursing practices Excellent
organizational and communication skills Proficiency in data
analysis and patient care management software Ability to handle
multiple tasks and critical patient care management Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
Certification in Healthcare Management (e.g., Certified Nurse
Manager and Leader (CNML)) preferred
