Job Description:
Inpatient Physical Therapist – Physical Therapy Schedule: -
Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday–Friday Requirements: - Education:
B.S. in Physical Therapy from an accredited school (required) -
Licensure: Current Texas licensure by the Texas Board of Physical
and Occupational Therapy Examiners (required) - Preferred: 1 year
experience as a Physical Therapist - EPIC experience preferred
Roles & Responsibilities: - Assess and evaluate patients’ physical
therapy needs. - Develop and implement individualized treatment
plans based on assessments. - Monitor patient progress and adjust
treatment plans as necessary. - Educate patients and their families
about physical therapy techniques and home exercises. - Document
patient care and progress in accordance with facility policies.
Compliance / Notes: - Influenza vaccine required (medical/religious
exemptions only) - At least 1 reference required for submission
