Job Description Are you tired of working with people you don't
like? Come join the team and help us furnish happy homes for our
clients We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our
family. You will be responsible for helping customers by providing
product and service information and resolving our clients' issues.
Essential Roles & Responsibilities: Follow up after all deliveries
to ensure customer satisfaction by resolving any issues discovered.
(Find & Fix) Resolve inbound customer service issues Initiate
vendor chargebacks by sending photos, documenting invoices, and
staying in contact until the vendor says credit issued then advise
Accounting & Finance Department a credit is pending. Product
Expediting: Ensure all deliveries for a customer arrive at our
facility and delivers as promised. Answering delivery status
questions Everything for the customer after the sale excluding
Collections. Coordinate with purchasing, 3rd party logistics,
warehouse, delivery, furniture repair person, sales, and
accounting. Cross train with Accounts Receivable team and front
desk. --- Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service,
sales, or other related fields Ability to build rapport with
clients Ability to prioritize and multitask Positive and
professional demeanor Excellent written and verbal communication
