• Be our "clinical concierge" providing outstanding customer service as you guide our patients and visitors through their entire experience in the Urgent Care Clinic
• Be a vital member of the care team assisting with clinical functions including front and back-office duties and working closely with the provider and other clinical team members
• This position will float across multiple Texas Health Urgent Care locations.What You'll Need
  • H.S. Diploma or Equivalent Required And
  • Other Completion of approved NCT training program Required And
  • Other Successful completion of a Medical Assistant education program Certified or Registered Medical Assistant in lieu of the completion of a Medical Assistant education program Required Or
  • Other Successful completion of a vocational nurse program Required.
  • 6 Months Previous health care facility clinical experience as a LVN, MA, CNA, or other patient care Required and
  • 6 Months Previous x-ray experience or completion of an internal THR NCT training program in lieu of experience Req and
  • 6 Months Previous experience as licensed NCT Preferred and
  • Previous experience with electronic health record Preferred and
  • Previous experience with straight-arm x-ray Preferred and
  • Previous orthopedic experience Preferred.
  • NCT (Non-Certified Radiology Technician) Registered by the Texas Medical Board Upon Hire Required And
  • LVN - Licensed Vocational Nurse State of Texas, if LVN Upon Hire Req Or
  • Other Certified or Registered Medical Assistant in lieu of the completion of a Medical Assistant education program if hired after 04/11/2022 Upon Hire Required And
