seeking a passionate and experienced General Manager to join our
thriving team in Athens TX. As the highest leader in the
restaurant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our
restaurant operates smoothly, exceeds financial expectation, has an
extraordinary team culture, while delivering an exceptional dining
experience to our valued guests. Your leadership capabilities will
help inspire our team, while your attention to detail and
operational acumen will contribute to the overall success of our
establishment. The General Manager will develop and lead the
implementation of strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing guest
satisfaction, improving operational efficiency, growing and
developing the team and increasing sales & profitability. You will
be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of day-to-day
operations, managing team member performance, and maintaining our
high standards for food quality, safety and hospitality.
Businesswise, you will lead your team of managers in the financial
management of the restaurant, including budgeting and forecasting,
driving sales targets, and optimizing costs. If you thrive in a

opportunity for you! Responsibilities · Lead team of managers and
supervisors to deliver results · Oversee daily operations of the
restaurant · Train, mentor, and manage all managers as well as
front and back of house staff · Ensure compliance with health and
safety regulations and standards · Monitor and maintain inventory
levels, leading weekly ordering · Develop and implement effective
local marketing strategies to increase customer engagement · Handle
guest complaints and resolve any issues in a professional manner ·
Analyze financial performance and lead budgeting and forecasting
processes Requirements · Proven experience in a supervisory or
management role within the restaurant industry; GM experience
preferred. · Exemplary leadership skills with the ability to
motivate and develop team members at the management level and below
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills · Familiarity
with restaurant management software and POS systems, proficient in
Toast, 7Shifts, Craftable and Workable · Ability to work in a
fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks · Strong
problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills · Flexibility
to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed by the business
· Proven, “whatever it takes” work ethic. Desire to have total
