join our team in our internal Leadership in Training Program —
overseeing key areas of our restaurant operations. This is a
hands-on leadership opportunity designed to provide a meaningful

currently hiring for the following Director-level roles: Back of
House Director (Bilingual required — English/Spanish) Training
Director (MUST have previous Chick-fil-A experience) Front of House
Director Your Impact Lead and develop high-performing teams —
inspire excellence and coach future leaders. Drive operational
performance — uphold Chick-fil-A’s standards of food quality,
speed, and hospitality. Collaborate across departments — work
closely with other Directors and the Operator to achieve shared
goals. Implement systems for growth — streamline processes, manage
budgets, and enhance team efficiency. Foster a thriving culture —
create an environment where safety, teamwork, and service are top
priorities. Background Profile 1 year of Leadership experience
Hospitality experience (preferred) Strong people development and
coaching skills Proven ability to manage performance and achieve
