Job Description:
Riverside Transport Inc, a premier logistics provider based in
Kansas City, KS, seeks a dedicated and skilled CDL A Truck Driver

involves long-haul and over-the-road deliveries, ensuring the safe

soon. Safely operating a tractor-trailer/truck to transport goods
long-distance. Inspecting vehicles for mechanical items and safety
issues and performing preventative maintenance. Planning routes and
meeting delivery schedules. Documenting and log work/rest periods
and kilometers spent driving and retaining fuel/toll receipts.
Complying with truck driving rules and regulations as well as with
company policies and procedures. Reporting defects, accidents, or
violations. Handling documentation necessary for cargo pickup and
delivery. Proven work experience as a long-haul truck driver.
Hands-on experience with electronic equipment and software (GPS,
AVL units, CB, etc.). Ability to drive long hours and travel
regularly. Extensive knowledge of applicable truck driving rules
and regulations. No recent moving or driving violations.
Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations
(traffic, weather conditions, etc.). Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Valid truck driving license (CDL A).
Must possess or be willing to obtain Hazardous Materials
Endorsement (HazMat). DOT medical card.
