Shift Lead Responsibilities Deliver exceptional guest service and uphold brand standards Train & coach team members to ensure efficient, friendly service Maintain compliance with health regulations and ensure top inspection scores Provide regular updates to management on policy adherence and team performance Lead and motivate the team to meet store goals Build strong communication and relationships across management and corporate teams Oversee on-the-job training , addressing performance concerns professionally Create a positive, energetic workplace with constructive feedback Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and accountability Physical Requirements Ability to stand for the full shift Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and perform frequent bending, stooping, and twisting Ability to work in hot, close-quarter environments Prior experience is strongly recommended
