Mid-level Software Engineer (Virtual).The Virtual Labs team is
responsible for creating cloud-based, continuous and automated
testing environments to facilitate delivery of world-class
software. We want your help to design, implement, integrate,
deliver, and promote cloud-native testing frameworks to multiple
programs and teams across Boeing.Software engineers at Boeing

Labs team.You will be joining a team of software engineers from
across the Boeing Enterprise who are developing best practices and

architectures, and true CI/CD for everything from embedded systems

improvement.Position Responsibilities:Contributing to the
automation and streamlining of our operations and processes that
support continuous integration/testing/delivery, including script
developmentBuilding and maintaining tools for deployment,
monitoring, and operationsWorking collaboratively with software
engineering teams to deploy and operate our systemsTroubleshooting
and resolving issues in our develop, test, and production
environmentsWorking with geographically-dispersed interdisciplinary
team of Engineering and Program Management professionalsDesigning
and developing quality solutionsThis position has been identified
as a virtual opportunity and does not require applicants to live in
Mesa, Arizona. This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S.
Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S.
Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance
Post-Start is required.Basic Qualifications (Required
Skills/Experience):Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree
from an accredited course of study, in Computer Engineering,
Software Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics or
chemistry3+ years of experience do you have designing and
developing software using Python, C/C++, C# and/or JavaExperience
with Git or equivalent version control systemExperience writing
automation test scripts, setup/maintain test environments and
perform automated testingPreferred Qualifications (Desired
Skills/Experience):Experience with orchestration and
containerization tools such as Kubernetes and DockerExperience with
CI/CD environments and tools such as Jenkins or GitLab. Experience
with Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloudsExperience with virtualization
technologies such as VMware and vSphereStrong scripting skills with
languages such as PythonExperience with Agile development
methodologiesExperience with model and simulation
frameworksExperience networking between external cloud and on-prem
hardware test assetsTypical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical
education from an accredited course of study in engineering,
computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor)
and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an
equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g.
PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience). In the USA, ABET
accreditation is the preferred, although not required,
accreditation standard.Relocation:Relocation assistance is not a
