Principal Enterprise Applications SAP SD/OTC Consultant - Principal - Enterprise ApplicationsInfosys is seeking a Principal Enterprise Applications SAP SD/OTC Consultant:As a Principal Enterprise Applications SAP consultant, you will contribute to various phases of the consulting lifecycle, focusing on business process consulting, problem definition, and solution creation. You will play a key role in development, configuration, and deployment of solutions, guiding teams on project processes and deliverables, and contributing to proposals, client training, and internal capability building. This role offers the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that help clients meet evolving global needs.Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution; three years of progressive experience in the specialty may substitute for each year of education.
• At least 11 years of experience in Information Technology.
• Location: Irving, TX. Travel and/or relocation may be required.Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least 11 years of experience in configuration, solution evaluation, validation, development, and deployment.
  • At least 4 years of SAP project implementation experience in SAP OTC and integration with other process areas.
  • Two to three end-to-end implementation projects, with at least one as Solution Architect, preferably at a client site.
  • At least 6 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, including problem definition, architecture/design, and process detailing.
  • Experience in business process design and documentation for SAP OTC modules related to sales order processing, delivery, and invoicing.
  • Ability to analyze complex business requirements and provide appropriate system solutions, including documenting customer requirements.
  • Mapping client business requirements to processes and developing necessary modifications to meet client needs.
  • Proactive approach to project execution, acting as a liaison between business and technical teams.
  • Self-directed work style; mentoring junior team members; providing ad-hoc training.
  • Designing functional specifications for reports, interfaces, enhancements, workflows, and forms.
  • Configuring and customizing SAP OTC modules to meet business needs.
  • Documenting functional designs, test cases, and results.
  • Providing end-to-end support for SAP OTC projects, including testing and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams for system integration.
  • Developing and delivering end-user training materials.
