our team in support of the Department of Justice’s (DoJ)
groundbreaking program aimed at strengthening the infrastructure,
enhancing cybersecurity, and improving user experience across US
Marshals Service (USMS) districts. This IT modernization initiative
is a critical component of ensuring the effectiveness and security
of our nation’s law enforcement operations. We are looking for an
experienced MDM Engineer-Team Lead to join our team on this new

in support of this transformative mission. The Opportunity: Lead a
team of MDM engineers in developing and implementing robust mobile
device management strategies. Drive innovation in security policies
and high availability planning for mobile devices. Ensure
compliance with regulations and enforce security standards across
the organization. Provide technical oversight and management to
deliver efficient and secure MDM solutions. Enjoy a collaborative

leadership development. Responsibilities: Develop and refine MDM
strategies to enhance mobile device security, management, and
productivity. Lead and coordinate a team of MDM engineers,
providing mentorship, guidance, and support to foster a
collaborative and high-performing environment. Innovate and
implement advanced security policies for mobile devices, ensuring
robust protection against threats. Plan and execute high
availability strategies for MDM systems to ensure continuous
operation and minimal downtime. Enforce compliance with industry
regulations and internal policies, ensuring all MDM practices meet
legal and organizational standards. Provide technical oversight and
management for MDM projects, ensuring they are delivered on time,
within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Collaborate
with cross-functional teams to align MDM solutions with business
objectives and IT strategies. Develop and maintain comprehensive
documentation for MDM processes, configurations, and procedures.
Stay current with emerging MDM technologies, trends, and best
practices. Participate in the procurement and evaluation of MDM
tools and software. Conduct regular reviews and audits of MDM
processes to identify areas for improvement. Contribute to the
continuous improvement of MDM strategies and methodologies. Engage
in knowledge-sharing activities and training sessions to enhance
team skills and capabilities. Ensure all MDM solutions are
scalable, efficient, and aligned with the organization’s goals.
Qualifications: Required: Active DoD Public Trust clearance or US
citizen with ability to obtain Public Trust upon hire Master’s
degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or
a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in MDM, with at
least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven experience in developing
and implementing MDM strategies. Strong team leadership and
coordination skills. Expertise in security policy innovation for
mobile devices. Experience in high availability planning and
implementation. Knowledge of compliance regulations and enforcement
in the context of MDM. Excellent technical oversight and management
skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Effective
communication and interpersonal skills. Desired: Certifications
such as Mobile Device Management Professional (MDMP) or equivalent.
Experience with cloud-based MDM solutions (e.g., Microsoft Intune,
VMware Workspace ONE). Knowledge of endpoint security solutions and
mobile threat defense. Familiarity with containerization and
microservices architectures. Experience with automation and

influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic
location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract
wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and

The proposed salary range for this position is: $90,300-$189,600
