Why join us? 401(k) with match, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, PTO Job Details Key Responsibilities: *Provide administrative and litigation support to attorneys in the Family Law department *Manage and maintain client communications and file documentation *Assist with gathering and organizing case information and documents *Draft legal documents including motions, pleadings, Rule 11 Agreements, and correspondence *E-file legal documents with the courts and coordinate with court clerks and attorneys *Monitor and manage case deadlines and attorney calendars *Translate documents and provide in-office and out-of-office Spanish interpretation support Qualifications: *Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal) *Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Adobe Acrobat *Prior experience in Family Law (divorces, custody, support, modifications, enforcements, SAPCRs) *Skilled in drafting motions, pleadings, orders, and other legal documentation *Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure *Excellent written and verbal communication skills *Strong organizational and time management abilities Interested in hearing more?
