Commercial Real Estate Attorney Position Overview We are seeking a
knowledgeable and experienced Commercial Real Estate Attorney to
join our legal team. The successful candidate will provide
comprehensive legal support for commercial property transactions,
ensuring compliance with zoning regulations and real estate laws.
This role requires expertise in contract negotiation, due
diligence, and client representation, particularly in the
healthcare and M&A sectors. Key Responsibilities - Advise
clients on commercial real estate transactions and provide legal
counsel on zoning regulations and land use. - Negotiate and draft
contracts, lease agreements, and other legal documents related to
property transactions. - Conduct thorough legal research and due
diligence to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. -
Represent clients in negotiations and litigation related to real
estate disputes. - Perform title investigations and manage closing
procedures for property acquisitions and sales. - Provide risk
management assessments and strategies related to financing
transactions in real estate. - Stay updated on changes in real
estate law and regulations to better serve clients. Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. - Active
license to practice law in Texas. - Minimum of 3 years of
experience in commercial real estate law. - Proven expertise in
contract negotiation, property transactions, and lease agreements.
- Strong understanding of zoning regulations and regulatory
compliance in real estate. - Experience in litigation and client
representation in real estate matters. - Familiarity with financing
transactions, healthcare sector real estate, and M&A
