Job Description Job Description Direct Counsel has partnered
with a global law firm, has an exciting full-time employment
opportunity for a Mid-Level Associate in the Litigation Practice of
their Dallas Office Job Requirements: Between 4 to 6 years of
litigation experience Excellent academic credentials and strong
research, writing and oral advocacy skills. Experience in a mid to
large law firm Experience drafting pleadings and briefs, conducting
research, managing traditional and electronic discovery, Experience
assisting with and/or taking and defending depositions Experience
appearing before state and federal courts. Good standing with the
CA Bar. Federal clerkship a plus. Compensation and Benefits: The
expected pay range for this position is: $225,000 - $350,000 Full
time employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, Health
