Warehouse Associate - Receiving Location: Irving, TX Compensation: $18.00/hour Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm or until job completion. Role Summary As a Warehouse Associate at Keystone Automotive Operations (KAO) , you’ll help pick, organize, and prepare auto parts orders for shipment—keeping our supply chain running strong. Paid $500 after 6 months, another $500 at 12 months of continuous, active full-time employment Key Responsibilities As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in the daily operations of our distribution center: Product Handling: Accurately pull, scan, package, and stage orders for delivery Inbound Processing: Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations Loading & Unloading: Stack, wrap, and load/unload trucks safely and efficiently Equipment Operation: Use pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment (training provided) Inventory Accuracy: Ensure correct parts and quantities are handled at every step Team Collaboration: Communicate clearly with peers and supervisors to ensure workflow success Clean & Safe Workplace: Maintain cleanliness and follow all safety protocols Flexibility : Perform other warehouse tasks as assigned based on daily needs Required Qualifications: Are you 18 years of age or older? Must have strong experience in operating the Reach Truck and Cherry Picker Must have experience in stock put-away (Big Zone products) Can you lift products that weigh up to 75 lbs. consistently? Are you comfortable working on your feet all day—standing, walking, bending, and climbing ladders? Are you able to work at heights up to 40 feet without issue? Do you have what it takes to succeed at KAO? Can you pay strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, accuracy-driven environment? Can we depend on you to show up on time and have a strong work ethic?
