Responsible for directing and administering the operational
functions of the banking center. Trains, directs, and supervises
personal Bankers and Teller staff. Insures that established
policies and procedures are followed. Oversees provision of a full
range of services to customers and prospective customers. Insures
that customers are promptly and professionally served. Insures
banking center transactions, expenses, and profitability are in
line with Bank standards.
Strong interpersonal, leadership, and supervisory skills.
Ability to operate related computer applications and related
Attention to detail.
Ability to maintain an effective and efficient workflow
Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office
Associate degree or higher in business or a related field, or an
equivalent combination of training and work experience.
Thorough knowledge of Bank services and products.
Understanding of related legal and regulatory requirements.
Familiarity with Banking center functions, policies, and
Minimum three years related experience in a financial
institution, with a minimum of two years supervisory
Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM. May vary depending on
the needs of the banking center location.
40 hours per week.
