system thinking to support system design and requirements (SDR)
through the architecture, development, integration and verification
activities. This role will require onsite support full-time at
Lockheed Martin's Missiles and Fire Control facility in Dallas, TX
working a 4/10 Flex schedule. This position requires a DoD Secret
clearance, therefore, U.S. citizenship is required.
The candidate must be knowledgeable in core Systems Engineering
disciplines such as Mission Analysis, Requirements Analysis, and
functional and physical System Architecture development. The
candidate must be proficient with System Engineering tools (DOORS,
Microsoft Word/Excel, CAMEO). Candidate must possess strong
leadership and interpersonal skills, effective task organization
and communication skills.

Basic Qualifications:
- Strong / Demonstrated Systems Engineering skills
- Experience developing models in both SysML and UAF
environments
- Experience with previous system design of a product through
various program phases
- Hands on experience with systems design tools DOORS and either
Cameo or Rhapsody
- Familiarity with the PDP and Systems Engineering EPMs, and a
mastery of the systems engineering "why" behind the steps
- Ability to lead/coach a team of architects through a modeling
effort
-This position requires a DoD Secret clearance, therefore, U.S.
citizenship is required.
Desired Skills:
Experience with writing effective white papers to describe
potential architectures and shape stakeholder views is desired.
Experience with requirements verification methods and test planning
is desired
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee
selected for this position will work part of their work schedule
remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed
Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed
during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate
work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our
employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day
work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules
provide employees with additional time away from the office and are
in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
