Collaborative and positive team culture.ResponsibilitiesRevolution is now hiring for a Manufacturing Trainer position in Mesquite, TX. The successful candidate will be a motivated individual who has strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.

• Responsible for instructing trainee's to be successful line attendants, operators, and material handlers.
• Ensure that trainee knows all safety policies and procedures.
• Must be willing to assist and learn job functions of each position.
• Assist in development of training program and Web based training matrix, including development of SOP's.
• Assume responsibility for the finished product.
• Fill in on any line.
• Read and understand production orders in English.
• Know packing materials and procedures.
• Learn how to thread up all lines.
• Distinguish between acceptable and unacceptable products for quality standards.
• Assists in taking line down and putting back up.
• Assists in changing screens and cleaning dies.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• All other duties assigned. Qualifications
  • Monday-Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • Ability to read, write, and understand instructions.
  • Experience in development in writing Standard Operating Procedures highly preferred.
  • Ability to perform well in a customer-driven, safety-conscious organization.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft products specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Experience with automated manufacturing equipment preferred.
