system thinking to support system design and requirements (SDR)
through the architecture, development, integration and verification
activities. This position requires a the ability to obtain a DoD
Secret clearance, therefore, U.S. citizenship is required.
The engineer will support deployment of MBSE and implementation on
MFC programs. Requires significant hands-on experience with Cameo
(preferred) or Rhapsody. Strongly prefer experience architecting
weapons and/or sensors. Acceptable solution in either Dallas or
Orlando.

Basic Qualifications:
- Strong / Demonstrated Systems Engineering skills
- Experience developing models in both SysML and UAF
environments
- Experience with previous system design of a product through
various program phases
- Hands on experience with systems design tools DOORS and either
Cameo or Rhapsody
- Familiarity with the PDP and Systems Engineering EPMs, and a
mastery of the systems engineering "why" behind the steps
- Ability to lead/coach a team of architects through a modeling
effort
Desired Skills:
- Experience architecting weapon or sensor systems
- Working on an Agile team
- Ability to break down complex system design tasks for team
members to work on
- Ability to mentor team members on requirements best practices
