Oversee and streamline billing and collections processes3. Plan and implement quality assurance for all processes4. Special billing projects as requested5. Maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure.6. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and improve the entire customer experience.7. Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives8. Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations9. Understand category-specific landscapes and trends, reporting on the forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts receivable management.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Collections (B2B)3. Proven work experience as a Accounts Receivable Specialist or similar role4. Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices, and collection regulations5. Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records6. Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers7. Hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting software (JDE or other full-scale ER software)8. Proficiency in English and in MS Office9. Customer service orientation and negotiation skills10. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail11.
