Job Description:

A company is seeking a Head of Strategic Accounts.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic account plans for enterprise brand partners
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
Lead a team of Account Managers and ensure excellent service delivery

Required Qualifications:

7+ years of experience in Partner Management, Customer Success, or Account Management
Advanced understanding of digital marketing, PR, content, SEO, and/or earned media strategies
Proven leadership track record in growing existing enterprise customers
Experience leading and developing a team of account managers
Strong executive presence and ability to build relationships with senior external stakeholders
