Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Solution Architect to engage in
multiple programs and deliver high-quality technical solutions to
clients.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients to identify business problems and propose
solutions using Bullhorn products
Document business processes, requirements, and specifications while
ensuring effective communication with stakeholders
Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams,
creating technical documentation and performing quality assurance
testing
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience with Bullhorn software
3+ years of experience in defining and executing Enterprise
software projects
3+ years of experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Strong SQL skills and a general understanding of data
architecture
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a
related discipline is a plus
