Job Description:
A company is looking for an Adoption Training Specialist
(Eastern and Central US Time Zone).
Key Responsibilities:
Develop engaging e-learning content and maintain educational
materials for clients
Deliver targeted virtual training sessions and collaborate with the
Product team for content accuracy
Track training effectiveness and correlate with adoption
metrics
Required Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience in customer-facing education
development and delivery
Experience with Learning Management Systems and multimedia
authoring tools
Strong presentation and facilitation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
Proficiency in Zendesk, Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and
Zoom
