Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Support Officer.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and respond to patient inquiries through various
communication methods, primarily phone calls and emails
Interact with patients and doctors' offices to obtain valid
prescriptions and enter orders as required
Serve as a key contact for escalations and assist in resolving
customer issues and complaints
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in a customer service and high-volume call
center environment
Prior experience in healthcare is a plus
Proficiency in using MS Windows and Microsoft Office products
Ability to work independently and in a team within a fast-paced
environment
Must be able to meet physical, cognitive, and environmental job
requirements with or without accommodation
