Responsibilities:

Prepare and organize documentation for IT audits


Maintain compliance records and assist with internal control testing


Support security assessments and risk mitigation


Provide tier 1 technical support and troubleshoot user issues



Requirements:

Associate's degree in IT or equivalent experience


2+ years in an IT compliance or support-related role


Familiarity with help desk operations and documentation


Knowledge of IT security and compliance frameworks
