Cath Lab Tech 4x10 DAYS 0700-1730 Will be required to participate in call rotation with team, including weekends 1 years of prior Cath Lab Tech experience required ARRT-R or RCIS required BLS, ACLS required TMB-MRT required AT TIME OF SUBMISSION (for ARRT only) EPIC charting experience required First time travelers NOT accepted Scrubs provided Local Rate: $100 (within 90 miles of facility) Modified 12:00:00 AM Account Manager: Taylor Allen Account Manager Email: COVID-19 Vaccine: Not Required Flu Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only Submittal Details: Tier2 Travel ComplianceEpic is a requirement to be considered for rolesSSN and DOB requiredRTO: can request no more than 5 non-consecutive days for approval.
