Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Service Desk professional.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first and second level support for users with technical
problems and requests
Log incidents and resolutions accurately in the service management
database
Act as a liaison between IT Operations and Service Desk support
during outage calls
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
1 year of technical support or IT experience
Understanding of Microsoft products and ability to diagnose
software and hardware issues
General understanding of Retail Systems
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
