career.We are currently seeking a dedicated and analytical Sales
Planning Analyst to join our Corporate Demand-- team in Dallas.
This regular/at-will position is an excellent opportunity for an
individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate
about making a tangible impact on our business. As a Sales Analyst,
you will play a crucial role in the development and execution of
trade strategies that drive brand growth and
profitability.--RESPONSIBILITIES:Analyzing trade promotions,
monitoring performance metrics, and providing actionable insights
to optimize our trade and marketing efforts. You will work closely
with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, and supply
chain, to ensure alignment and execution of trade initiatives. Your
leadership will be pivotal in managing promotional budgets,
forecasting trade spend, and evaluating the effectiveness of trade
activities. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining
databases and systems for tracking trade promotions, as well as
preparing reports and presentations for senior management. The
ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to
detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
You will be expected to stay abreast of industry trends and
competitive activities to recommend strategies that enhance our

tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau)Excellent

management and optimizationUnderstanding of marketing principles
and consumer packaged goods (CPG) industryAbility to interpret and

skills with the ability to meet deadlinesEXPERIENCE:Bachelor's
degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related
fieldMinimum of 2-3 years of experience in trade marketing, sales
analysis, or a related field within the CPG industryProven track
record of managing and analyzing trade promotionsExperience with
syndicated data sources such as Nielsen or IRIFamiliarity with
trade spend management software and CRM systemsPrior experience in
a corporate marketing department is preferredHistory of creating
impactful presentations and reports for senior managementExperience
working with sales and finance departments to align trade
strategiesUnderstanding of the retail landscape and shopper
marketing tacticsPrevious involvement in project management and
cross-functional team collaborationExperience in a fast-paced,
