Job Description:
As an integral member of the Marvin sales team, the Appointment
Setter is pivotal in expanding our market presence and
strengthening client relationships. This role involves the critical
first steps in our sales process, setting the stage for effective
outreach and engagement. By coordinating with prospective clients,
you will help Marvin continue to lead in innovative window and door
solutions, leveraging a blend of traditional techniques and
cutting-edge design. Conduct initial contact with potential clients
and determine their interest in Marvin's products. Schedule
appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective
clients. Maintain a calendar of outreach activities including
calls, meetings, and follow-ups. Work alongside marketing to
understand and communicate current promotions and products. Utilize
customer relationship management (CRM) tools to track engagements
and pipeline development. Coordinate with the sales team to
optimize the coverage of target markets. Provide feedback to sales
and marketing teams regarding client responses and product
inquiries. Proficiency in CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent verbal
and written communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced
environment and handle multiple tasks. Working knowledge of the
manufacturing industry and product sales. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certifications in
Customer Service Management or Sales can be advantageous.
