Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the incoming quality control team to ensure effective inspection of materials and components. Develop and implement quality control procedures for incoming inspections. Conduct inspections using measurement tools such as calipers, pin gauges, and micrometers to ensure compliance with specifications. Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions. Ensure compliance with ISO 13485 standards in all quality control processes. Document and report inspection results and quality metrics to management. Provide training and guidance to QC team members on best practices in quality inspection. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field. Proven experience in quality control, specifically in a manufacturing environment for medical devices. Strong knowledge of ISO 13485 and quality inspection techniques. Proficiency in using measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and height gauges. Experience in leading quality control teams and processes. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
