Job Description:
Account Executive - Printing Key Responsibilities: Sales:
Generate leads, pitch products, and close sales for printing
services. Client Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with
existing and potential customers. Contract Negotiation: Draft and
negotiate contracts for printing jobs. Customer Service: Provide
excellent service, addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
Account Management: Maintain customer accounts, track orders, and
follow up on projects. Market Research: Monitor industry trends,
competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. Sales Reporting:
Keep track of sales activities, track performance against targets,
and report on results. Presentation and Proposal: Develop
presentations and proposals for potential clients. Product
Knowledge: Stay informed about new products, services, and printing
technologies. Required Skills: Strong sales and communication
skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships. Negotiation
and presentation skills. Organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools. Knowledge of
printing technologies and processes (helpful). Additional Duties
(depending on the company): Cold calling and prospecting. Providing
technical advice to customers. Collaborating with other departments
(e.g., customer service Commission: 40% of gross profit All
